The NDC’s parliamentary candidate for Ablekuma West Constituency has officially ended the first phase of his “Door to Door” mini campaign tour in the Constituency on Sunday 18th February 2024,
The first phase of the tour which started on Thursday 15th February continued through Friday, Saturday and ended yesterday 18th February 2024 with so much excitement and hope for victory in the upcoming polls.
One of the main Purpose of his tour was to engage the constituents about the problems in the Constituency and also promise to help them when elected to parliament in December.
His message to the people included,proper Security in dansoman ,Jobs for the youth , building a professional Astro turf for the youth in sports , completion of the sea defense project which was started by the NDC but has been abandoned by the current government and many other pressing issues in the Constituency.
The team that accompanied Rev.Kweku Addo included some of the executive members of the NDC Shiabu ward, Assembly men in the area and two media house i.e FOKA TV and African Multi Network -News.
Most people in the Shiabu area were very happy to see Rev. Addo and his team visit them at this critical point where the Constituency and country is in hard times, some of them beg him to rescue the Constituency from the heartless current Member of Parliament Hon.Ursula Owusu.
Shiabu ward is one of the strongest hold of the NDC in the Ablekuma West Constituency so the anticipation and momentum was very high .
Rev. Dr. kweku Addo has already laced his boot to win the seat from Hon. Ursula Owusu in the upcoming election and he is working tirelessly to achieve that victory in December.
Due to the geographical experience from Rev.Addo who has lived in dansoman since 1970 ,he started all his tour after 4 pm in the evening which he believes most people will be at home by then,on Saturday and Sunday he attended about 12 different programs including funerals, naming ceremonies and parties around Dansoman last stop through to point 6 and some selected important areas in Shiabu.
The tour hasn’t ended yet, this is one of the many tours he will be organizing in the upcoming weeks to strengthen and motivate all NDC members and ordinary voters to vote massively for him in 2024.
